Seriously, I’m looking forward to this more so than Pitchfork Fest.

If you can, go see Father John Misty! I saw them tonight at the 7th St. Entry in Minneapolis and it was incredible. I’m glad I bought a ticket today for his show at Schubas in July.

I had to take a trip down to my Mom’s house in Indiana and snapped this photo of the Sears Tower (I refuse to call it the Willis Tower!) while I was driving on the Kennedy.

I went to Township tonight to see Frankie Rose and Dive. This was the first time I’ve seen either of them live and they did not disappoint at all. Dive’s reverb soaked indie rock was great live, but Frankie Rose was absolutely flawless tonight. All of the songs from Interstellar sounded so big and were very commanding. If you haven’t checked out her record yet, get on it!
